Burgerville, a regional northwest chain, has teamed up with Rogue Creamery to create the seasonal sensation “Echo Mountain Blue Burger,” which features the delicious mixed milk blue cheese, roasted red peppers, red onions and a sweet onion bun. Mmmmmm. Lunch, anyone?
A portion of sales will go to the American Cheese Education Foundation (ACEF), a 501 (c) 3 ACS sister organization which supports educational initiatives for those producing, marketing, selling and appreciating North America’s artisan, farmstead and specialty cheeses.
I will be heading to Portland this Thursday to support the ACE Foundation promotion by purchasing and enjoying a Echo Mountain Blue burger at Burgerville. I hope to see you there.
